all

square
miles
of
Greenwich
. An
additional
$70
buys
a
fourth
CD
with
supporting
data
such
as
property
lines
and
building
footprints
that
can
be
overlaid
on
top
of those
photos
.
Town
officials
sold
the
first
set
of
discs
last
week
to
computer
consultant
and
Greenwich
resident
Stephen
Whitaker
,
who
won
access
to the
materials
in a
landmark
public
records
case
. At the
center
of the
case
is
the
town's
geographic
information
system
, a
taxpayer-funded
database
commonly
known
as
GIS
that
local
officials
have
restricted
access
to
because
of
security
and
privacy
concerns
