Description	A former town resident is urging First Selectman Jim Lash to revitalize a decade-old relationship with its first sister city, Nacka, Sweden, weeks after Greenwich formed a sister city relationship with Vienne, France. Tomas Hammar, a Swede who lives in Nacka, visited Greenwich this week in part to discuss reviving what has become a mostly stagnant relationship with his hometown, a relationship that dates to 1995. Hammar, who lived in town for parts of the 1980s and '90s, first proposed the idea of a sister city to then First Selectman Tom Ragland. Nacka is similar to Greenwich in population and is also a suburb of a major city, Stockholm
