Police, parents and school officials were put on alert Wednesday after a suspicious man attempted to lure two boys into his van while asking for directions, according to officials. Sgt. Mark Zuccerella, head of the Police Department's youth division, said similar incidents were reported Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning, prompting police to notify school officials and put patrol officers on the lookout for anyone matching the man's description. Police reported the suspect as a white male, balding with gray hair on the sides, and thick eyeglasses driving a white van |
